change - SPI and DPI mode
These quantify the speed of association and dissociation in a biochemical reaction. In addition, the 4D Workstation can also measure the kinetics of conformational change and can compare them directly to the kinetics of binding. Dissimilar mass and conformational kinetics are highly indicative of allosteric events delivering great insights into the mechanisms behind interactions. Kinetics of conformational response alone can also be quantified to provide insight into the many mechanisms of folding, unfolding and misfolding that occur across biochemistry.
