Standard Gasket - Regular Flow Cell
The flow cell has two independently accessible fluidic channels for parallel (e.g. reference and control) experiments.
The gasket is constructed from fluoropolymer material.
The standard gasket is mechanically compatible with the AnaChip™ Carrier and is easily cleaned and changed.

Kalrez® Gasket - High-Volume Flow Cell Kit
This kit has been produced to enable AnaLight® users to quickly and conveniently assemble a dual channel, large volume (2 x 10µl) fluidic cell for use in the instrument. The cell is designed so that the exchanged fluid has a 500µm head space for measuring diffusion-limited adsorption processes.
As with the standard AnaLight® flow cell, the large volume cell has two independently accessible fluidic channels for parallel (e.g. reference and control) experiments.
The gasket is constructed from highly inert and stable Kalrez®, offering excellent and broad chemical resistance and thermal stability.
The Kalrez® gasket is mechanically compatible with the AnaChip™ Carrier and easily interchangeable with the regular flow cell system.

AnaChip™ Carrier
When assembled in the AnaChip™ Carrier, the standard gasket forms a dual channel (2 x 2µl) fluidic cell for use in the AnaLight® instrument. The cell formed has a 100µm head space above the AnaChip™ surface.
The essential device for inserting, sealing and connecting AnaChip™ to the fluidic systems of all instruments in the AnaLight® range.
