01 Feb 2003 - AnaLight® Bio200 wins Circle of Excellence Award

Farfield are proud to have received recognition for their recently launched AnaLight® Bio200. The product received the prestigious 'Circle of Excellence Award' for one of the most innovative products of 2002, awarded by SPIE (Society for Photo-optical Instrumentation Engineers).

The award was presented at the Photonics West conference in San Jose in Jan 2003 and was received on behalf of Farfield by their Managing Director, Gerry Ronan. Gerry commented, 'We are obviously very pleased to receive this award, it serves as recognition of not just the Company's achievements but highlights the excellence of all the members of our development team and the wonderful progress they have made in bringing this truly unique product through to market. Sales and Marketing Manager Dr Simon Carrington added 'This is a wonderful accolade, we are immensely proud to be acknowledged in this way. The AnaLight® Bio200 has been very well received at the International Conferences we launched the product at last year, it is extra special to also receive this peer group recognition.'

The AnaLight® Bio200 is the first benchtop instrument for the direct measurement of protein structure at sub atomic resolution in real time for the characterization of protein function.
