19 May 2006 - Farfield Scientific Evolves from Farfield Sensors

Crewe, United Kingdom, 19th May 2006. Farfield Scientific Limited today announces that the previously-publicised name change from Farfield Sensors Limited will become fully effective on Monday 22nd May 2006. This new name is a reflection of the dramatic expansion in applications for Farfield’s proprietary Dual Polarisation Interferometry technology in the global Nanotechnology and Biophysics markets.

In conjunction with the name change, Farfield Scientific will launch a new website at www.farfield-scientific.com and open a direct sales office for Farfield Scientific Inc. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to capitalise on the company’s growing opportunities in the US market.
